As a country girl and an equestrian, she owned and operated several large farms and stables where she trained horses and taught people to ride. In 2012, after 28 years, she retired from the horse industry. Realizing there is a need in real estate for an agent willing to get their boots dirty, she made a transition from horse trainer to real estate agent. Using her marketing experience, work ethic and knowledge of farm properties developed over the years, the transition was seamless and successful. Specializing in country homes and farm properties, in just her first year of real estate she was nominated Rookie of the Year and for several years since she has been awarded a Top Producer award.
